Message	Looks like a pretty effective design. I suspect that the anchor will "tell you" if it is old or loose or not deep enough because it will likely spin when you try to tighten it the bolts. I would guess that it makes for an very easy periodic visual safety inspection? How thick is your concrete btw? CLOSED For The SEASON :-(
